To scale to hundreds of thousands or millions of emails, here's what's required: ✅ SMTP infrastructure (AWS SES, Mailgun, Postmark, or SendGrid Twilo preferred). ✅ Smartlead/Warmy for IP and domain warm-up. ✅ My warm-up process takes approximately 27 days before actual sending. ✅ A clean email list. If not sure, I use NeverBounce or ZeroBounce for this process. ✅ I gradually increase email volume by 5% or by 50 emails every 4 days, depending on deliverability scores and total volume. Reaching 1M+ emails could take around 5–6 months or more. 1 sending domain for every ~30,000 daily emails sent. ✅ For cold or unsolicited emails, I use a distributed domain system. Here's how it works: • 1 sending domain for every ~1,000 daily emails sent. • If a domain gets burned or blacklisted, it is replaced immediately. • Replacement domains go through the same 27-day warm-up process before sending resumes. • Expect gradual scaling and reputation building, not instant volume spikes.
