My three most recent clients are all small business owners who were struggling to get their finances organised. They couldn’t clearly see what was coming in, where it was going or where the business was heading. For each of them I reviewed their accounting software setup, fixed what wasn’t working, completed extensive reconciliations (including multi-currency transactions) and built visual reports that made their numbers easy to understand. Landscape gardening business (Australia): Built a multi-sheet profit and loss dashboard with KPI tiles and charts, giving the owner a one-page view of performance. Commodities trading company: Reviewed and corrected their Zoho Books setup, including exchange-rate errors on purchase orders, and supported inventory and marketplace sales records. Advertising agency (multi-currency): Reconciled accounts across multiple currencies and created visual cash flow and job analysis sheets, so the owner can see at a glance which jobs are profitable and how cash is moving.
