Your community is growing, but so is your to-do list? I can help with that. Whether it’s keeping your community active, answering users, checking content, updating trackers, or making sure daily tasks actually get done, you don’t have to handle everything yourself. I have experience supporting online communities and day-to-day operations, and I genuinely enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. ✨ Here’s what I can take off your plate: 💬 Community Management & Engagement 🎧 Customer & Member Support 🛡️ Content Moderation & Quality Checks ⚙️ Operations & Admin Support 📊 Data Tracking & Reports 📝 SOPs, Guidelines & Documentation 🤝 Team Coordination & Follow-ups 🎨 Canva Graphics & Social Media Content 🔎 Online Research 🤖 ChatGPT & AI-Assisted Tasks 🛠️ Tools I’m comfortable with: Slack • Discord • Google Workspace • Microsoft Office • Canva • Zoom • ChatGPT What’s it like working with me? Pretty simple. I communicate, stay organized, follow instructions, and make sure things get done properly. If I notice something is wrong, I won’t ignore it. And if something isn’t clear, I’ll ask instead of guessing. I’m also comfortable learning new tools and workflows, so I can easily adjust to the way your team already works. 💡 My goal is simple: make your workload lighter and become someone you can actually rely on. 📩 Got too much on your plate? Send me a message and tell me what’s taking up most of your time. I can take care of it for you.
