Jahirul J.

Hi! I have been working with Real Estate Investors and Wholesalers for almost 1 years inside and outside of Upwork. During those years I've filled different positions. I started as a cold caller working my way up to marketing manager and lead manager. I am a hard-working, coachable, fast learner, loyal, and a team player individual. I strive for a positive workplace, but I can also work under pressure with minimal supervision. Here is a list of a few things that I can help you with: 1. Outbound calling – Talking to sellers to gauge motivation, gathering information regarding the property, and entering it accordingly into Podio / CRM / Database. 2. Receiving inbound calls – Handling every inbound/incoming call diligently that comes through by sending handwritten postcards, yellow letters, or putting up bandit signs. 3. Outbound Texting: Sending outbound texts, selecting the right templates, maintaining proper time between batches, quick response time and replying with appropriate quick replies in Launch control. 3. Data Entry and CRM Management (i.e.: Podio, InvestorFuse, CloseCRM, Google Drive, Slack, Pipedrive etc.) 4. Dialers: Mojo, Calltools, Readymode, Xencall, Line2, Smrtdialer, Vicidial etc. 5. Texting: Launch Control, Freedom Logic 6. Skiptrace: LeadSherpa, BatchSkip, Mojo, Prop-stream etc. 7. Email handing. 8. Helping out with other miscellaneous tasks. 9. Yes sir, I would like to start ASAP.
