Hi, I am a civil engineer with 10 years of experience in construction management. I have worked on a wide range of projects, from small villas and coffee shop interiors to large-scale factories such as JTI, AMCOR, and ÖZGÖRKEY in Turkey. In addition, I have been working for the last 1.5 years in Bar, Montenegro, on the Wyndham Hotel project as a Rough Construction Chief, managing structural works and coordinating on-site operations for a large-scale international hospitality project. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for: Quantity Surveying Preparing Proposals Progress Payments Construction Management Material Take-Offs Application Controls Procurement of Materials Organizing Construction Processes Cost Analysis and Profit Management These experiences gave me a strong understanding of how projects move from design to real-world execution on site.
