START WITH A 3-DAY REDESIGN PROOF Most engagements start with a focused three-day Proof. We run a usability audit on one critical user flow and turn the findings into a clickable Figma redesign concept, so you can see how we understand the product before committing to a larger redesign. We begin with one 25 to 30-minute call to understand what changed, what matters to the business, who the critical user is, and which flow deserves attention. That gives us enough context to begin. During those three working days, we: • examine one critical user flow through the eyes of a new user; • find the usability problems and moments where people lose momentum; • design and prototype a stronger direction in Figma; • explain the problems, product design decisions, and reasoning; • walk you through the concept and leave you with a short Loom; • recommend the next step with a clear scope, timeline, and price. By the end, you have a prioritized usability diagnosis, clickable Figma prototype, explanation of the decisions, short Loom, and scoped recommendation for what should happen next. If we continue into a Redesign Sprint, the Proof fee is credited toward the next stage. SELECTED B2B SAAS WORK • DevOps SaaS: Redesigned complex pull-request and branch workflows, helping improve core task success from roughly 65% to 90% without assistance. • AI landscape-design product: Redesigned prompting, generation states, and the main editing flow, after which around 30% more users completed the process without quitting. • iGaming analytics SaaS: Redesigned onboarding, data-heavy tables, analytics dashboards, first-run guidance, and the design system. • Series A expense SaaS: Designed and delivered a data-heavy analytics experience for around 10,000 monthly active users in eight weeks. • UK property valuation platform: Researched employee workflows and redesigned a complex internal CRM around faster daily work and fewer operational mistakes. HOW WE WORK You’ll work directly with me on diagnosis, priorities, information architecture, and design direction.
