WHAT I BUILD INTO YOUR APP - Monetization that protects your margin: in-app purchases via RevenueCat, StoreKit, and Google Play Billing — subscriptions with fixed daily credits (non-rollover), one-time credit packs, token quotas with hourly/daily/weekly resets, and paywalls that appear exactly when the balance runs out. - Web credit top-ups via Stripe: a companion web app where users buy credits outside the app stores and spend them in your mobile app — lower fees, structured to stay store-compliant. - AI integration done right: ChatGPT / OpenAI, Google Gemini, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and whatever frontier model fits your product — with queue + webhook patterns so long-running jobs survive app restarts, and NSFW / content-moderation gates built in. - Identity & analytics: Google and Apple SSO, email/password, and phone OTP, so every credit and event ties to a real user. PostHog instrumented across the funnel (install → signup → paywall → purchase → generation). Account deletion built in for store compliance. - Store launch as a fixed milestone: I handle App Store and Play Store submission and review — the milestone is paid when your apps are live, not when I press "submit." STACK & TRACK RECORD Flutter / Dart (my primary stack for 5+ years; 7+ years in mobile), Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions v2 in TypeScript), and native Kotlin / Swift for the gaps Flutter can't reach — watchOS / Wear OS companion apps, platform channels, VoIP push. When Firebase isn't enough, I build the backend myself: Node / Express / PostgreSQL with Stripe hold-and-capture payments. Payment systems integrated across projects: RevenueCat, Stripe, SumUp, Mollie, Flutterwave. ~380,000 hand-written lines of code across 40+ solo projects, 11 shipped.
