Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 1- Do I have my own Dialer, CRM and call lists? *** No, usually the client provides Dialer, calling list and CRM access. 2- Do I follow up on the prospective leads? *** Yes, of course. If a prospect is not ready at the time of cold calling, I schedule follow-ups with them to continue building rapport until they feel ready for the next phase. 3- Am I a closer? *** No, remember that Cold Calling/Email/SMS is a marketing tool that establishes the first contact between you and your prospect. I am that first contact and assist you with follow-ups. 4- Do I have my own script? *** Yes, however I am always willing to change it according to your requirements. 5- Do I recommend any dialers? *** Over 5 years I have worked with different dialers, in my experience I recommend those where you have to make manual calls as there is a higher response rate than with auto dialers. auto dialers usually make one call per number and after a few seconds with no answer, jump to the next one. By calling manually you can be sure to call up to 2 times per number and leave VM in case there is no answer.
