I build AI systems that hold up in production: RAG assistants that answer from your own documents with sources, AI agents that take real actions, and the Python backends and automations behind them. Most AI projects don't fail at the demo. They fail at the parts after it: messy documents, permissions, wrong answers nobody can debug, costs that grow with every user. That's the part I focus on. What I've built recently: • A multi-tenant RAG / GraphRAG platform (Qdrant + Neo4j) with hybrid retrieval, reranking, tenant-safe file access and source-grounded chat, for a Swiss AI-automation startup. • Knowledge ingestion from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Notion: OAuth connections, scheduled sync, permission metadata, skipping unchanged files. • AI agent features on an Activepieces-based automation platform: templates, sandbox test mode, persistent memory, run-history explainability and streaming responses, with OpenAI, Anthropic and other LLM providers. • An AI-assisted accounting automation product (FastAPI + React/TypeScript): invoice and bill extraction, VAT checks, bank statement matching and a two-way Zoho Books sync. • For a repeat Upwork client: a Python RAG backend on AWS Lambda with autoscaling, Docker and OpenAI, across three back-to-back 5-star contracts.
