Through my consulting work, I have advised organizational leaders on expansion, user acquisition, operations, and strategic communications. I have also built the workflows, roles, SOPs, and operating cadence for a technology startup preparing for launch. Previously, I managed the Chief of Staff office for a 300+ person United Nations organization spanning eight departments, where I designed mission-wide workflows and SOPs, coordinated senior leadership priorities, and created systems to keep complex work moving.
