Content moderation is a field I am most passionate about. I started as a Social Media Content Moderator and I was tasked with reviewing user-generated content and assuring that said content meets the platform's standards. As, Content Moderation Quality Analyst whereby I was responsible of: -Auditing cases treated by moderators. -Attending Calibration Meetings T&S teams -RCA reporting, data analysis and entry. -Outlier Action Plans. I also offer my services as a Customer Service Specialist through my skills as an empathetic communicator and a solution-oriented professional. My studies also allowed to learn the various translation techniques in 3 languages; English, French, and Arabic
