Before building and scaling my own B2B and B2C SaaS companies as a founder, my background spanned senior development, solution architecture, and UI/UX design. Today, my focus is entirely on technical leadership and strategy. My engagements typically begin with a deep dive into your business: assessing requirements, analysing data, and defining a clear, actionable roadmap. Once the strategy is signed off, I organise the necessary resources and lead the project through to successful deployment. I am completely flexible in how we execute. I can step in to provide structure and leadership to your existing development team, or I can bring in my own, proven, world class, end-to-end product team.
