I also extend workflows with AI features when needed, but the core focus is always making sure automation systems work correctly and reliably. How I approach work: I start by reviewing the full automation flow, from where data enters the system (webhook, form, API) to how it is processed and updated inside the CRM or connected tools. Most issues come from data mismatches, missing edge cases, or workflow logic not being aligned with real usage. Once identified, I fix or improve the system at the right level: workflow logic (n8n / GoHighLevel structure) data handling (JSON mapping, formatting, validation) integration layer (API or webhook issues) Then I test it using real scenarios to ensure it works beyond just basic cases. Note: I work on both basic automation setup and more complex system fixes. Depending on the project, I can help build from scratch or improve what is already in place.
