Writer, Teacher, Historian

I am a historian, a writer, and a passionate storyteller who is equally comfortable working alone or in collaboration with others. I love nothing more than crafting an engaging and informative narrative. Most of my professional work has been in the non-fiction genre, but I also write fiction in my free time. My academic background is mainly in the study and teaching of History (with an emphasis on Religion and Philosophy), which I have taught at the college level for almost 15 years. I have also written internet articles on the subjects of History and Philosophy for Historica (many of which are now re-published on Fiestic's Spark Blog) and Culture Frontier. I have also written books for Wisdom University (formerly Thinknetic). My creative writing background has been mostly self-guided and is therefore not fully reflected on my current resume. Throughout my writing journey, I have enlisted various other creatives to read my work and provide feedback, which is a process I enjoy. I have also done the same for other writers, including published authors. A note about AI: I view it as a useful tool for planning and, sometimes, editing. I do not see it as a crutch or a shortcut to do the work for me. I never submit anything unless I can claim, in good conscience, that I am the prime creative force behind it. That said, if you prefer a strictly organic No-AI piece, let's establish that up front, and that is what I will deliver to you.
