I have more than 17 years of experience in BPO, mostly in the financial industry with some of the biggest companies. Most of my experiences revolved around risk review, fraud analysis, and prevention. I have extensive experience in fraud operations involving reasonable investigations while maintaining a good relationship with the merchants and customers. I also have experience in handling disputes and pre-arbitration involving VISA and Mastercard transactions. I am teachable and always open to new learnings.
