Honey Jane V.

Hi! My name is Honey and I am a Certified Project Manager (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM) with 20 years of professional experience, 13 of those focused on project management across global corporations and digital agencies. I also hold a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). As a project manager, my primary goal is to ensure your projects are delivered efficiently on time, and aligned with business objectives. Here’s how I can help: Project Scoping & Planning I define clear project objectives, develop detailed timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders from start to finish. Resource Management I recruit and manage the right mix of freelance and in-house talent, including designers, developers, copywriters, and marketers, tailored to your project’s needs. Creative & Campaign Execution I manage landing pages, digital ads, and campaign collateral, ensuring quality, brand-aligned output. Stakeholder Communication With years of agency and corporate experience, I act as a central liaison keeping internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders informed and aligned through regular updates, feedback loops, and reporting. Project Tracking & Performance I oversee schedules, milestones, and KPIs providing transparent reporting and early risk mitigation. Quality Assurance I conduct QA reviews and implement standard processes to ensure that every deliverable meets quality expectations before launch. Contract & Payment Oversight I manage freelancer contracts, set milestone-based payments, and ensure smooth processing especially for Upwork and other platforms. Issue Resolution I tackle blockers quickly, with a solutions-oriented mindset, whether it’s shifting timelines, scope creep, or stakeholder misalignment.
