E-commerce Growth | Google Shopping, PMax & Meta Ads | Run on Numbers
I help e-commerce stores doing €1-10M a year grow sales without the return dropping every time they raise the ad budget. Google Shopping, Performance Max and Meta, run on numbers. Ads are one of six levers in a store. When growth stalls, the cause is often somewhere else first: tracking that does not match real orders, disapproved products in Merchant Center, budget spread across products that do not earn it, or a checkout that loses people. I score all six and fix the one holding the store back first. The six levers: 1. Measurement - conversion tracking and GA4 checked against real orders, margin data 2. Feed and catalog - Merchant Center health, product titles, product groups, supplemental feeds 3. Offer and merchandising - what to push, bundles, order value, seasonality, what to stop advertising 4. Paid media - Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search and Meta, one owning campaign per product group 5. Site and checkout - I write the briefs for landing pages, product pages and checkout, then check the result. Your developer builds them. 6. Planning - monthly forecast by market and product group, budget plan, weekly report Every account runs the same way - Read, Rank, Rule, Watch: - Read: before I move any budget, I forecast where sales and traffic go if nothing changes. Every later result is measured against that baseline. - Rank: I score your products on margin, order value and share. Budget goes to the ones that earn it first. - Rule: every test gets its win and lose rule written before launch, so nobody argues with the data afterwards. - Watch: every campaign is checked every morning against its own normal day. A real drop gets a written diagnosis before anyone changes the account. What I have done: - Co-founded a made-to-measure window coverings brand. €20k in year one, then a €12M sale. - Run Google Ads for a sports retailer with 88,000 products per market, in 15 countries. - A European e-commerce brand went from €500k to €10M with me as fractional CMO and Google Ads lead. - A food e-commerce brand went from €30k to €5M+, mostly through product segmentation by fruit seasonality. Client names on request. Two ways to start: - Stores doing €1-10M a year: Scaling Audit. All six levers scored, an estimate of recoverable waste, your baseline and a 90-day plan. If I do not find at least €1,500 of recoverable waste, you do not pay for it. Then the 90-Day Growth Operating System, in four phases with gates you see in the weekly report. - Smaller shops spending €3,000+ a month on ads: 14-Day Profit Setup. Feed errors fixed, products ranked, Google campaigns live by day 14, or the setup fee comes back. Then Monthly Watch: morning checks, a one-page numbers note every week and one test a month. Both starts are in my Project Catalog at fixed prices. How I work: - You talk to me. I set up and run every account myself. No junior account managers. - Everything runs in your own ad accounts. You see every change and keep it all if you leave. - Every budget change has a number behind it, and you can ask to see it. - Nobody can promise sales before seeing your products, margins and data. What I put on the line is my own fee and time. I do not run email or SMS. Send me your store URL and monthly ad spend. I will reply with where I would look first and which of the two starts fits.
