Reliable content operations support for teams that publish a lot, in many languages, and need it done right without chasing. I take tasks off your plate and keep them off. Once I know your process, I work independently, meet deadlines, and keep the quality the same whether it's a quiet week or your busiest launch. What I do: - AI content QA: reviewing AI-generated creatives and text against guidelines, flagging issues, and refining prompts so output improves over time (certified in Advanced Prompt Engineering) - WordPress publishing: uploading, formatting and scheduling posts, fixing broken HTML after imports, WooCommerce product pages, Elementor - Multilingual sites: publishing content in up to 26 language versions for a global brand, including localizing graphics in Figma for Japanese and Korean - Content and data operations: Asana and Google Sheets trackers, data entry, website updates, admin support How I work: - I follow your guidelines and document recurring tasks, so nothing depends on memory - I send updates proactively, you don't need to ask where things stand - I'm a trained QA specialist with hands-on experience in test cases, test design techniques and bug reports in Jira, so I check everything before I hand it over I'm looking for long-term collaboration. I'm based in Ukraine (UTC+2/+3), with good overlap with European hours and US East Coast mornings. Send me a short description of your workflow and I'll tell you how I'd take it over.
