Christopher A.
Friendly E-Learning Designer | LMS Expert | Learning Strategist
A little bit about me: I'm an E-learning professional with over 5 years of industry experience and a Level 5 CIPD in Organisational Learning & Development. My philosophy throughout my career so far is that e-learning should be entertaining and fun, no-one learns anything when they are bored, and this is the approach I apply to all the work I do. I'm extremely friendly and easy to work with and a good communicator so you will know exactly what is going on at all times. Areas of expertise: LMS consulting - I recently sourced, set up, and rolled out an LMS for a charity called Home-Start UK. It was a very complicated set up due to there being 179 different relatively decentralised charities under the Home-Start banner, and over 10,000 volunteers. It was an extremely successful project, and it went on to receive £130,000 in funding from an impressed philanthropist. The LMS is almost completely automated from an admin point of view due to the way I set it up, everyone gets added into the correct courses, into the correct department, and into the correct groups on signup and the data reporting is also fully automated and sent to each admin user weekly. The user interface is also extremely easy to navigate, I have added some screenshots of it into my project portfolio. E-Learning and Training - I can jump into your project at any point in its lifecycle. From doing a learning needs analysis, to producing engaging e-learning content based on your vision. I will list some of the recent projects I have worked on: I have produced an engaging series of four modules on Perinatal Infant Mental Health for 10,000 volunteers at Home-Start UK. I have also worked with a large retail store John Lewis, to create 4 e-learning modules (Food, Finance, Sleep, Inclusive Play) as part of their partnership with Home-Start UK. I was a part of the entire process, including working with their film crew to produce engaging videos for the courses. I also created a volunteer course of preparation for Home-Start UK which is a lengthy course to prepare volunteers in supporting vulnerable families (I added a small part of it into my project portfolio below). Moreover, I have created many modules for accounting & finance students at the University of Exeter. By hiring me you can be assured that I will go above and beyond to ensure you are more than satisfied with any work I provide you. If you are interested or have any questions or queries book a free consultation with me below. I look forward to talking with you.
