I am an international business graduate with two associates certificates. I have around 4 years of experience in customer service by providing support over the phone, on chat, and by email, and around 3 years of experience in logistics-related fields where I've helped 3pl companies to track their loads, dispatch drivers and connect with carriers. I am from Barranquilla, Colombia, currently working for an ocean carrier Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) in a US based company where I’ve encountered great learnings about the logistic / maritime industry. I am a cooperative, coordinated, and very committed person, always looking forward to growth professionally and personally. I truly believe that by serving with a sense of belonging in every aspect of action we can actually do our best and beyond. I have good performance when it comes to providing information over the phone or email, and a nimble active listening to solve within a good timing any kind of issues a customer might be facing. I’m good at organizing digital information such as documents, appointments, bookings, and customer data with attention to detail. I have also gained experience in tracking loads for road carriers, dispatching, invoicing, checking, and follow-ups. Other experiences: I worked for 7 months in a digital transaction company (Remitly) where I mainly needed to keep in touch with banks and customers assuring their operations were done correctly, complying with any kind of requirement that a legal or financial entity could have had. In order for me to do what’s mentioned before I had to handle more than 3 programs simultaneously, and I also used 3 channels to connect with clients which were via phone, email, and chat. I also worked for a logistic 3PL company (GlobalTranz) in which my main task was to keep up with more than 100 loads per day, making sure the drivers were on time and well oriented to avoid any conflict that could affect the deliveries.
