Real estate transactions attorney with extensive experience representing clients in asset and real property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction contracts and financing of deals. - Acquisitions: Review and negotiate LOI's and PSA's; conduct title and survey review of land; negotiate ancillary closing documents and any post-closing agreements as needed. - Dispositions: Review and negotiate Buyer's legal request from 'Seller/My form" PSA and ancillary closing documents. - Leasing: Represent LL's and T's in lease negotiations for retail and office use. Have standard FL, DC and MD LL form Lease agreements. If T needs build-out, will assist in protection of construction needs. - Construction: Review and negotiate base AIA forms for Developers, LL's and T's, in addition to architect agreements in connection thereto. Also have LL/Developer friendly construction forms that are non-AIA. - Finance: Negotiate on behalf of Borrowers Mortgages, Notes, Guaranties and Indemnity agreements in the private sector. Further negotiate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multi-family loan agreements. - Title Agent: Issue title insurance policies for purchase, sales, financing and re-financing of real property with underwriter The Fund (aka Old Republic National Title Insurance Company) in the State of Florida. - Escrow Agent: Act as escrow agent, nationwide and internationally, for commercial, residential, organizational and asset transactions and deposit the funds in a FDIC Trust Account that protects up to the first $250k in depository funds.
