Project Manager | Business Analyst

Hi all! I’m an experienced Business Analyst at Singularis Programming. I have experience in all areas of the Software Development Life Cycle. Starting from clarifying the Product Owner specifications and requirements, all the way to product release and post-release continuous product development. I'm combining analyst road and sometimes key account management and business management. I’m working with customers expectations, managing technical specifications, and supporting the process of transferring customer expectations into the development process. I have professional knowledge and skills: ✔️ methods of analysis (SWOT, 5 Whys, User Stories, Use Cases, Data Flow Diagrams, Brainstorming and etc.) ✔️ notations for describing business processes (IDEF0, BPMN) ✔️ developing requirements for business process automation ✔️ feature and functionality decomposition lists for scope estimations ⚡ knowledge of relational database theory, UML; ⚡ project management principles (Waterfall | Agile); ⚡ basic programming skills (SQL, Python, C#). I have the skills of conducting interviews and business correspondence. Experience in IT project management systems (YouTrack | Trello | Miro | Figma). My task is to understand your vision and goals, manage your dream team, and deliver your projects on time and budget.
