I am a Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Operations Partner with 17+ years of experience supporting CEOs, founders and leadership teams across the UK, USA, Australia and South Africa. I specialise in bringing structure to growing businesses through executive support, project management, process improvement and systems implementation. I designed the workspace architecture, Active Deals and Prospects workflows, master deal register, broker action views, intake forms, custom fields, dependencies, priority logic and multiple automations. The result gave the broker a clean view of only the actions requiring his attention while giving me full visibility to project-manage the wider pipeline. I am also part of Team 43, winners of the 2026 Global Admin Hackathon for our challenge, Designing the AI-Native EA. I don't just complete tasks. I create structure, improve processes and help executives run their businesses more effectively.
