Senior Solution Architect & Technology Leader | Data Center, HCI & Critical Infrastructure | Networks, Storage & Hybrid Cloud | Broadcast & IP Video Engineering Technology leader and Solution Architect with more than 30 years of experience across IT infrastructure, systems architecture, data centers, enterprise networking, virtualization, storage and broadcast engineering. My career combines two perspectives that are not always found together: executive technology leadership and hands-on engineering. For almost two decades, I led multidisciplinary teams responsible for critical 24x7 environments, including data center operations, IT infrastructure, software engineering, technical support, broadcast operations, audio and video engineering, RF, satellite and electrical engineering. Today, I work primarily with solution architecture and complex infrastructure projects involving data centers, HCI, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery, enterprise networking, hybrid cloud and broadcast infrastructure. I remain strongly hands-on and comfortable moving from architectural and business discussions to deep technical troubleshooting when required. My approach is based on understanding the complete environment — infrastructure, systems, people, operational constraints and business objectives — before defining the solution. I am particularly interested in situations where architecture meets reality: infrastructure modernization, migrations, performance bottlenecks, high availability, disaster recovery and projects where reliability and execution matter as much as design. I believe good engineering is not about adding complexity. It is about understanding complexity well enough to make systems simpler, more reliable and easier to operate.
