I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over thirteen (13) years of experience in early childhood and primary education. Currently, I teach Grade 2, where I work closely with young learners to build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and social development. As a mother of two (2), I have gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of quality education during a child's formative years, further strengthening my commitment to student success. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous professional growth, recognizing that the developmental needs of students are constantly evolving. I attribute much of my success to being a lifelong learner who actively researches and implements innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and help students achieve their full potential. I possess an excellent command of the English language and have extensive experience tutoring students of various ages in both oral and written communication. My ability to adapt instruction to individual learning styles enables me to support learners in achieving academic confidence and success. In addition to classroom teaching, I develop educational resources and learning materials for educators and parents to support effective teaching and learning. My professional experience has also equipped me with strong administrative and technical skills, including data entry, document preparation, information processing, and file conversion between PDF and Microsoft Office formats. I am a collaborative team member who values professional relationships, embraces new challenges, and is always eager to learn, share knowledge, and contribute positively to the success of my students, colleagues, and educational community.
