Over the past decade, I’ve worked across healthcare, sales, and business development, designing scalable programs that bring measurable ROI, from boosting engagement to lowering burnout and turnover. In addition to leading wellness initiatives, I’ve built multiple streams of income through consulting, including corporate wellness partnerships, employee retention strategy, and growth consulting, inspired by the principle that impact and income don’t have to be separate. My approach is entrepreneurial at its core: helping organizations integrate wellness into their infrastructure while creating sustainable models for long-term growth.
