Beby K.

I manage email marketing, CRM automation, and backend systems in Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and Kit for coaching and service-based businesses. My work includes managing 30,000+ contacts, building and troubleshooting automations, segmenting databases, managing email campaigns, and ensuring the systems supporting them work together. I can help with: • GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, tags, forms, and CRM automation • Kajabi products, offers, email sequences, member access, and automations • Kit and ActiveCampaign sequences, segmentation, and subscriber journeys • Newsletters, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement flows • CRM cleanup, contact migration, and database organization • Email deliverability and authentication checks • Client onboarding and operational workflows • Testing, troubleshooting, and workflow documentation I currently manage 4–5 newsletters per week across client accounts and regularly test forms, tags, links, automations, and subscriber journeys before they go live. My background includes 20+ years in operations, administration, project coordination, and HR. That means I don’t look at an automation as an isolated task. I look at what triggers it, where the contact should move, what happens next, and where something could get missed. I work primarily asynchronously, document as I go, and can take ownership without needing constant check-ins.
