I have been working in the BPO company for almost 10 years now, handling Inbound and outbound calls, as well as setting up appointments for USA,CANADA,APAC,UK and Australian accounts. I handled mostly software accounts for APAC, some of my clients are Dell in Singapore from firewall to Software products, SAP, Cisco, Exact Software their ERP, software modules and other software products, I have been a consistent top agent way back when I was in Callbox and has never been out of top 5. I also worked with Canadian Accounts. After more than 3 years I decided to work in our local call center located here in Tigbauan for a US wide account, handling dating sites. I also worked with retail account specifically with Walmart when I was in IQORIloilo. And recently I was in a Health care account Anthem with Legato. I am patient , I am a fast learner and have a positive attitude.
