Most of my experience comes from working with American companies in Customer service, Project assistance, Paperwork preparation and Technical and billing support. I have worked for Nelson Taracido P.A, Vital Record Online and Globalstar. I have worked with them thorugh a third party company in my country. I also was part of a cultural exchange program in The US which helped me to improve my english skills and learn about new cultures and open my mind. That is also how I learnt to uderstand different people.
