I'm a Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, and operations — and honestly, I still get energized by the moment a scattered set of plans and notes becomes a clean, well-executed project. I've worked across residential and commercial construction in both the U.S. and Mexico, with a focus on budgeting, subcontractor coordination, bid development, and keeping complex projects moving from preconstruction through closeout. Some things I'm particularly proud of: building a full contractor vetting and sourcing system from scratch for a high-profile New York City renovation, managing 20+ simultaneous residential builds without dropping the ball on a single one, and finding ways to integrate AI tools like Claude into daily construction workflows in ways that actually save time and improve accuracy. I like solving problems that other people find overwhelming — the messier the situation, the more I want to organize it. Outside of work I'm a documentary history enthusiast — give me a deep dive into a forgotten chapter of history and I'm hooked for hours. I follow Formula 1 closely and enjoy most sports, which probably explains my natural obsession with strategy, timing, and performance under pressure. If any of that resonates, I'd love to connect.
