This includes: - Rebuilding unreliable financials into accurate, structured, and decision-useful business information - Designing chart of accounts and reporting structures - Defining financial processes that ensure consistency and control - Implementing and optimising accounting systems - Working alongside technical consultants to ensure ERP systems are correctly structured from a finance and reporting perspective - Establishing automation and real-time access to financial information - Building forecasting discipline and decision frameworks Where required, I support structured transition into the new environment — aligning roles, processes, and reporting cadence to ensure proper adoption without creating long-term dependency. The focus is not only accuracy, but usability — ensuring financial information is reliable, accessible, and supports timely business decision-making.
