I am highly dedicated and responsible professional with experience in the BPO Industry. I have 2+ years experience working remotely for a company involved with the RCM. I have great communication skills that allow me to transmit any message to all audiences that may be needed in the different roles I have been working with. I have good experience dealing with all type of customers and also handling people to make sure we drive our roles to succeed. My proactiveness in such roles have allowed me to develop different skills and learn new strategies to be correctly implemented involving both sides company and clients. Most of the time being detailed oriented has helped me to communicate effectively all type of messages that need to be delivered at all levels.
