I have 4 years of experience working in the customer service and BPO industry. I worked as a Customer Service Representative for two different American telecommunications companies, where I handled customer inquiries, sales calls, and provided technical support for two years. I was eventually promoted to a Trainer role, where I trained new Sales Representatives and Tech Support Agents. I also have experience working as a Sales Agent for an insurance company. My work experience has helped me develop the following skills: Leadership – As a trainer, I acted as the immediate supervisor for new hires. I conducted Foundational Skills Training, which included customer service best practices and basic English language training. I also facilitated Product-Specific Trainings. Creativity – Facilitating trainings required creativity to design effective materials that enhanced learning and retention. I am proficient in using Canva to create various materials such as presentations, social media content, videos, and more. Communication – One of my greatest strengths is my ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. I’ve conducted training sessions in English and regularly communicated through professional email platforms such as Outlook, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail. Organizational Skills – My previous roles required me to complete various administrative tasks, including preparing end-of-day, weekly, and monthly reports. I frequently used Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel, which helped me develop strong organizational and time-management skills. I am currently working as a freelance English Tutor. My flexible schedule allows me to take on new tasks and dedicate my full attention to specific projects as needed. I’m always eager to learn and grow in every role I take on. Thank you!
