I'm an e-learning specialist, with experience creating courses on various content, from HR platforms to financial tools to Microsoft Office apps. I started my journey in a science classroom teaching biology to students with disabilities. When the pandemic began, and we switched to remote learning, I saw the disparities in technology across my students, and their families. I started my Master's in Instructional Technology to better be able to support teachers, students, and their families with using technology to instruct and learn. This Master's brought me to explore new career paths where I could create courses and content on a larger scale. I currently work in one of the top healthcare institutions in the US, creating courses and videos for different departments across the enterprise. I've built upon my passion for instruction and technology, and want to continue to grow my skills and create content for companies in different industries. I'm extremely detail-oriented, and will never submit work that isn't my best. I'm able to adapt in tricky situations, and find new solutions to challenges.
