Asitha K.

Hi, I’m Asitha. 👋 I’m a YouTube video editor focused on turning scripts, voiceovers, and raw footage into engaging videos that hold attention and keep viewers watching. I’ve spent the past 5+ years editing content for YouTube channels across different niches, including documentaries, storytelling, travel, facts, sports, and cash-cow content. 🎬 What I can bring to your channel • Retention-focused editing with strong pacing • Story-driven cuts that keep the video flowing naturally • High-quality licensed stock footage through Envato • Cinematic music and detailed sound design • Motion graphics, subtitles, zooms, transitions, and visual effects • Clean and professional editing without unnecessary clutter • Editing tailored to your channel’s style, audience, and goals I don’t believe good editing is simply about adding more effects or making constant cuts. Every visual, sound effect, transition, and clip should support the story. My goal is to make the video feel engaging while keeping the viewer focused on what matters. 🚀 Why work with me? • 5+ years of YouTube editing experience • Fast turnaround, usually 24–48 hours depending on the project • Reliable communication and consistent delivery • Experience working with long-term YouTube channels • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention • Comfortable handling both short and long-form content I primarily use Filmora for efficient production, with Premiere Pro and After Effects when a project requires a more advanced workflow. If you already have a channel style or reference video you want to match, I can adapt my editing around it while also bringing my own ideas to improve the final result. If you’re looking for an editor who cares about the performance of the video—not just how it looks I’d be happy to work with you. 🚀
