I worked as a Customer Service Associate. I handled Amazon account, Retail Phones is the line of business. It is an online shopping company that is well known in the United States. As a Customer Service Associate, we offered assistance in every customers concern or problems with regards to the product or items they have ordered. We also help customers to do some troubleshooting when they needed assistance especially for devices and also appliances. There's a lot of concerns and issue that I encountered which I already mastered. Empathy is very important when you are working on a call center company, a lot of patience, kindness and understanding too. We, as an agent our job is to make our customers happy and satisfied with the resolution that we provided on their problems. Aside from being a CSR, I can also deal with other job positions because I am a fast learner and willing to learn new things. As I worked on this field of work, I mastered the process and tools where it leads me to become a top performer. I also handled multiple telecommunication accounts, wherein I was able to learn and mastered the concern of the customer with regards to their services.
