I built a 90-day GoHighLevel nurture sequence with automated email/SMS touchpoints and a no-show recovery workflow to keep prospects engaged and bring missed appointments back into the booking process. In another business, the sales team was spending time on prospects who weren't ready to invest. I implemented conditional logic in the GoHighLevel intake process so prospects could be routed into the appropriate path based on their responses, keeping the sales team's attention on more qualified conversations. These weren't just automation projects. The goal was to make the business easier to operate and reduce the number of things that could fall through the cracks.
