Hi, I'm your friendly neighborhood therapist specializing in complex trauma and perinatal mood disorders. I'm passionate about EMDR and ego-state therapies. I've been working in the mental health field since 2018 and in that time I've had a few unique accomplishments I've created a microfinance based structure to fund and maintain a multi-million well drilling project in Uganda. I've helped over 50 individuals transition from homelessness to long term housing. I've helped facilitated over 100 parent child reunifications. I've also helped dozens of individuals who have done years of therapy without success get "unstuck" and finally make the progress they deserve.
