I am appreciative of your visit here! I have over five years of experience as a customer support specialist and have developed my skills in email, chat and phone support. I am an enthusiastic support specialist. I am a very experienced customer service professional, having completed over 5 successful projects, including assistance for Revolut, Uber Eats and Podium. My most recent role was team lead operations, where I oversaw 20 agents who were engaged in a range of customer support tasks. As part of my job, I had to create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service, onboard new projects, coach team members, manage and improve centre performance, define team goals, assess team progress, and provide coaching as needed. My team and I set high standards for productivity, and we often met or surpassed our performance goals. I am passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making sure that each client's needs are satisfied in a timely and efficient manner in my role as a customer support professional. I've shown that I can produce excellent outcomes, and I'm sure that my first-rate customer service will contribute to the success of your company.
