Raul Esteban T.

For the past 3 years, I have served as the dedicated Project Management Assistant for a Florida-based construction firm, managing the logistics, permitting, bidding process and vendor coordination for high-end projects including Marriott SOBE, and Village of Key Biscayne. I specialize in acting as the central hub between the office, field supervisors, subcontractors, and municipal building departments. Because I am fully bilingual (English/Spanish), I seamlessly bridge communication gaps, ensuring that materials are ordered, permits are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks. Core Expertise: Construction Operations: Vendor-Subcontractor follow-ups, material procurement, lead-time tracking, and daily site logs. Permit Expediting: Managing submittal logs and tracking municipal permit progress (Florida experience). Project Tracking: Creating Gantt charts, tracking critical path bottlenecks (MS Project, Excel, Monday). Financial Admin: Invoice tracking, collections follow-up, and QuickBooks proficiency. Why Clients Hire Me: I don't just wait to be told what to do. If a vendor is late, I proactively follow up. If a permit is stalled, I call the municipality. I pride myself on extreme reliability—I have maintained a continuous, full-time contract with my primary client for over 3 years. I am now expanding my capacity to bring my structured, proactive support to a new long-term partner. Tools: MS Project, QuickBooks, Monday, Podio, MS Office Suite,Google Suite Slack, Zoom.
