AI-specific legal questions: Liability for AI outputs and agents, ownership of AI-generated code, training data and distillation, and model deprecation obligations. Türkiye: Turkish corporate and tech law for startups and foreign companies: shareholder agreements, founder exits, IP transfers, and KVKK compliance for entering the Turkish market. US companies and cross-border structures: Support for founders setting up or working through US corporations, including Delaware C-corp formation and "flip" structures for Turkish and European startups, founder and shareholder documentation, IP assignment to the US entity, and privacy and AI compliance for US companies selling into the EU and Türkiye.
