Larry Illich S.

Learning shouldn't stop at great content—it needs the right systems, processes, and technology to create meaningful learning experiences. I'm an education professional with experience spanning instructional design, online learning, higher education, research administration, and project management. Over the past decade, I've helped universities, training organizations, educators, and mission-driven teams build learning ecosystems that are organized, scalable, and learner-centered. Rather than simply completing tasks, I help clients design and manage the systems that make learning successful—from course creation to program implementation. What I can help you with: - Learning Management Systems (Moodle, Thinkific, Teachable, Circle) - Course setup, migration, and organization - Instructional design and learning experience development - Online course production and quality assurance - Program and project management for education initiatives - Research and higher education administration support - Learning content organization and documentation - Educational operations and workflow improvement My background is intentionally interdisciplinary. I've worked as an online educator, training specialist, university administrator, research and grants manager, and instructional design consultant. These experiences allow me to understand both the educational and operational sides of building successful learning programs. Whether you're launching a new online course, improving an existing learning platform, managing a large educational project, or creating better systems for your organization, I bring a structured, collaborative, and learner-focused approach to every project. If you're looking for someone who understands education beyond content creation—someone who can help build the systems that support great learning—I would be glad to work with you.
