High-Performance SCADA UI Development | Wastewater Management | USA Worked on an existing multi-site Ignition SCADA system. - Transformed old screens to high-performance SCADA screens while following the client's implementation patterns and ISA color standards. - Added real-time trends within process symbols and developed dynamic, interactive graphics connected to live process data. - Replaced older 3D SVG symbols with modern custom graphics designed in Adobe Illustrator and implemented as dynamic Perspective components. 3. Dynamic Frontend, SCADA UI & Report Development | Food & Plastic Manufacturing | USA Worked as a frontend developer on a multidisciplinary Ignition team for two OEE projects: one for a Candy/Food Manufacturing company and another for a Bottle Manufacturing company. - Translated Figma UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Ignition Perspective interfaces with dynamic SCADA components connected to real-time production and OEE data, following ISA color standards. - Built dynamic and automated reporting systems using Ignition's Report Module, including PDF generation and email automation. - Worked closely with the senior SCADA engineer, backend developer, and UI/UX designer to implement and maintain the complete frontend experience. 4. Production-Ready Offline/Online Operator Chat Module | Ignition SDK | USA Developed a real-time Chat Module for Ignition Perspective, designed for industrial environments with or without internet access. - Built an event-driven WebSocket-based Chat system using Ignition's existing WebSocket APIs, with no polling or third-party services. - Supports real-time messaging, audio/video calls, replies, forwarding, multiple recipients, role-based communication, access control, and tag/alarm/script/frontend-triggered messages. - Developed a responsive interface and scalable backend tested with up to 1,000 concurrent Perspective clients on a standard Ignition server. 5. Citect SCADA to Ignition Perspective Migration & Custom Framework | Australia Worked on the frontend migration of an existing Citect SCADA v8 system to Ignition Perspective. - Developed a custom Perspective framework for the migrated SCADA application. - Developed a production-ready Advanced Process Graphics (APG) module using the Ignition Perspective SDK. - Recreated and modernized existing Citect graphics as reusable, dynamic Perspective components. 6. Autoclave Machine Control System | Healthcare & Life Sciences | Bangladesh Engineered and commissioned the control system for 20 individual autoclave machines using Siemens LOGO PLCs. - Developed the complete PLC program and commissioned all 20 machines within one week. - Implemented PLC interlocks for sensor disconnection and invalid sensor readings, with alarms on the PLC display. - Developed process-value printing without using an IPC or SCADA system. - Designed control panels, termination, and sensor calibration.
