I build and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, and the automation that connects them to everything else a business runs on. Migrations, workflows, funnels, calendars, integrations, and tracking down the automations that quietly stopped working. The main one is a full GHL system for an Australian mobility equipment provider, still live today. I migrated around 1,600 contacts and 1,000 deals off HubSpot with the notes and tasks landing on the right records, built the follow up, and connected Meta lead ads, four WordPress and Shopify sites, and a two way Xero sync so an opportunity flips to Won when the invoice is paid. Slack alerting and weekly reporting sit on top. I have also audited an account carrying 153 workflows from an old snapshot and handed back 11 findings with the fix for each, and built a retention automation that recovers two to three customers a week. On AI, I build voice AI for after hours calls, chat across web, SMS and social, and agents for the work that repeats, using Claude. Anything that reaches a customer passes a person first.
