I am an architectural and interior designer with a decade in AEC production, and I work as the documentation half of architecture, interior design and design-build firms in the US, Australia, Canada, the UK and the Gulf. Your title block, your layer and worksharing convention, your sheet naming, your file structure. The set comes back looking like your office produced it, because as far as your client is concerned, your office did. I work inside your environment when you have one. BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud for live models, Bluebeam for redline rounds, a shared drive if you would rather keep it simple. You see progress without having to ask for it. On design decisions I draft to your direction and flag conflicts instead of resolving them quietly. Where a set needs a licensed professional to seal it, that stays with your architect or engineer of record. I am production support and I say so plainly, because it is the part most offshore teams get wrong and the part that costs firms money when it goes unsaid. 🌟 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 US work to IRC, IBC, ADA clearances and local zoning, including California Title 24. Australian work to the NCC, AS 1100 drafting and notation, AS 1428 access, and the DA, CC and CDC pathways, including BASIX and NatHERS documentation. I also draft to UK and Canadian conventions.
