Bruce Michael B.

I help business owners find bugs before their users do. With over 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, I make sure your website or web app works flawlessly across all devices and browsers. My goal is to ensure smooth functionality, strong performance, and a user-friendly experience so you can launch with confidence. What I Test • Websites (corporate, SaaS, landing pages) • E-commerce stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom builds) • WordPress websites • Web applications and Chrome extensions What I Do • Manual Functional Testing – test key user flows, links, and forms • Regression Testing – ensure stability after updates or fixes • UI/UX Testing – identify layout issues and usability pain points • Cross-Browser & Cross-Device Testing – test on desktop, tablet, and mobile • Detailed Bug Reporting – with clear steps, screenshots, and severity levels Common Issues I Help Fix • Hidden bugs appearing after deployment → I handle complete pre-launch QA • Poor performance or broken layouts on mobile → I test across real devices • Confusing navigation or inconsistent UI → I provide actionable UX feedback • Missed defects in automated tests → I apply exploratory manual testing to catch them If you need a professional QA tester to review your website, identify bugs, and improve usability, send me a message. I’ll deliver a clear, prioritized bug report and help ensure your site delivers the best possible experience to your users.
