I'm comfortable in ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Monday, Airtable and a whole lot more, and I start with your business before I pick any software. I want to understand how your team works, what you're trying to achieve and where things are breaking down. Then we choose, build or improve the system that makes sense for you. Sometimes that's a shiny new project management system. Sometimes it's fixing the one you already paid for. And sometimes you don't need another tool at all, just a better process. I'll follow the process when it makes sense, and question it when it doesn't. If I don't know something, I'll tell you. Then I'll research it until I do.
