Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer

Hey there, I'm Ben. I build, integrate, and rescue Power Platform estates with integrity. I'm a Microsoft certified Power Platform developer (PL-400) and have delivered end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem for over three years in secure enterprise systems and regulated environments. I have a low-ego and collaborative approach. No drama. I'm just here to fix the problem(s) so your team can keep moving. ━━━━━━ WHAT I DO ━━━━━━ 1) I build reliable Power Platform solutions. They usually don't fail, but when they do, they are designed to fail loudly, so the solution can improve and you can get back to work. 2) I integrate third-party systems into the Microsoft ecosystem. I have professionally integrated common platforms such as Salesforce, WordPress, ADP, Lever, and Azure OpenAI (among countless others). 3) I rescue abandoned or sprawling Power Platform estates. Do you have a mess that's costing your business? I particularly enjoy building structure into environments: creating healthy deployment cycles, securing sensitive values, adding targeted error broadcasts, that sort of thing. I work the full stack of the platform: Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, Dataverse, Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, and Copilot — plus PCF controls, Azure Functions + APIM, and SPFx when the platform needs some extra capabilities. ━━━━━━ HOW I DO IT ━━━━━━ I measure my success or failure by yours. If I take you as a client, then I have committed to your success. I will fight for it as though it were my own business (spoiler: it sort of is). Some people have a well-defined plan of action and know exactly what they want from me. Some people are so busy pushing forward that they aren't sure exactly what they need yet. I know how to take requirements, iterate, and deliver a product. I also know how to walk through the issues with you as we define the requirements together. With clear goals established, I work independently and proactively, seeking your feedback regularly to ensure we're on the same page. I document my work as I go. When you are satisfied with the product and we part ways, you will receive system components and architecture diagrams plus any relevant training, so that you're not dependent on me afterward. Everything built in the Power Platform ships as a managed solution through a dev/prod pipeline with targeted error alerting built in. I will establish this if you don't have it, or work within your existing ALM & error-handling workflows if you do. I scope in writing before I build. My general software philosophy can be expressed with a quote from a famous developer: "An idiot admires complexity; a genius admires simplicity." ━━━━━━ SELECTED WORK ━━━━━━ ➢ Established Power Platform ALM and centralized error-handling for a ~75 user tenant from the ground up. ➢ Built a bi-directional Salesforce <-> SharePoint data sync keeping dozens of sites and opportunities in communication and saving a business development team 2-3 hours per week. ➢ Automated a background check flow running 3-4 checks per week end-to-end. ━━━━━━ SUMMARY ━━━━━━ – Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) – Based in Ohio, US Eastern time – Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. Happy to work in Portuguese or English I build, integrate, and rescue Power Platform estates with integrity. If you need work done, send me a message and let's talk. ━━━━━━ TECH STACK ━━━━━━ • Power Platform: Dataverse, Power Automate, SharePoint, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, PCF, Power Fx, solution ALM, environment strategy, capacity and licensing • Microsoft & Azure: Azure Functions, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint Online, SPFx, Azure API Management, Azure DevOps • Code: TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node, Python, PowerShell, Git • CRM: Salesforce • E-Commerce: Shopify, Subbly • HRIS/ATS: ADP, Lever • Database as a Service: Airtable, Supabase • Websites: WordPress, Squarespace, Netlify, Lovable • Other Automation Platforms: n8n, Make, Zapier
