In recent years I have extended this expertise into the domain of artificial intelligence applied to insurance. I work as a Domain Expert evaluating AI-generated outputs against real-world underwriting logic, identifying model gaps, assessing bias in risk scoring, and validating that AI-driven policy and pricing recommendations align with regulatory standards and sound actuarial practice. I am particularly focused on the responsible integration of Large Language Models and generative AI tools into insurance workflows including underwriting triage, policy renewal analysis, retention modeling, and claims assessment.
