Hi, I’m Bianka! I support busy founders and senior leaders with the day-to-day running of their businesses, from executive support and project coordination to client communication, invoicing, reporting and keeping things organised behind the scenes. I’m someone who likes to take ownership of my work. Once I understand how you work and what’s important to you, I don’t need to be constantly managed or reminded what needs doing. I keep track of the details, follow things up and make sure tasks actually get finished. My experience includes executive and administrative support, project coordination, calendar and inbox management, client onboarding, stakeholder communication, Xero and invoicing, Excel and reporting, SOPs and process documentation, CRM management, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and marketing support - Only to name a few! I’ve worked with international clients and am comfortable supporting businesses where there are lots of different things happening at once. I’m organised, responsive and particularly good at keeping track of the things that can easily get missed when someone is running a busy business. I can become a trusted part of the team, understand how the business works and take more off their plate over time.
